Make the most of your precious time.

Alaska Photography Guides was born of the realization that folks who wished to photograph the Last Frontier likely needed to be pointed in the right direction. The state is too big, too unconnected, and too undeveloped to allow for spur-of-the-moment, ‘let’s ask Google’ decisions when it comes to planning and logistics.

Even if you one does find themselves with cell service, that doesn’t remotely ensure a successful, or safe, adventure. In Alaska, the temperature routinely falls to -40F, the wildlife can eat you, and should you find yourself lost, there’s a distinct possibility you’ll never be found.
